Get Sidewalk from the Chrome Web Store for desktop Chrome. Published store updates are delivered automatically by Chrome.
Moving from the manual beta
The store installation may use a separate local profile from your unpacked beta. Your alias, session, streak and points do not automatically transfer between separate installations. Keep the old installation and its files until you have checked the store version. You can disable the old copy in Chrome’s extension settings to avoid opening two copies; do not remove it or clear its storage if you still need its profile or progress. Contact support if you need help. No automatic profile migration is available.
What to include
Tell us what happened and what you need. Include your profile number and message or report ID if available. Never send passwords, authentication tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.
Privacy and appeals
We may ask for information to verify control of a profile before providing or deleting its data. If you lost access, tell us; a profile number alone is not proof of ownership. Moderator removal hides messages; it does not purge moderation records. We will explain the outcome and any retention exception by email.
Content reports in chat also reach the moderation queue. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services.
